Camping

Throughout the High Peaks Region, you can find lots of camping, exploring and other outdoor activities. If you love camping, the High Peaks has just what you're looking for! From full hook-ups for your camper, or touching it out with a tent, the High Peaks has it! Heading northbound past Sugarloaf, you'll find Cathedral Pines in Eustis, and Chain of Ponds in the Chain of Ponds Township. Below you can see a map of COP, including the Natanis, Long, Bag, and Lower Ponds (all of which make up the "chain" of ponds). Chain of Ponds offers direct access to the ponds to go canoeing, kayaking. There are "primitive" camp sites available, along with sites with amenities. Cathedral Pines Campground offers direct access to Flaggstaff Lake to kayak, paddle boat or canoe.
